Office Hours

Although our office is open five days a week, routine patient care hours are as follows:

A 48-hour notice for cancellation is requested.

Due to an unusually high rate (40+%) of no-show appointments, we have stopped offering evening and Saturday hours.

On-Time Appointments

The February 2008 issue of Consumer Magazine reported the one thing patients hated most was waiting in a doctor’s office. Since 1970, we have developed a positive reputation. We strive to be on time. Our scheduling system, well-trained staff, and controlled number of patients allow us to fulfill this promise. “Come on time, you will be seen on time and leave on time.” There are no crowds in our waiting room because we value your time!

Patient Safety

We strive to keep everyone at their healthiest – patients, family, and staff alike! In order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 and other viruses, our front desk is equipped with sneeze guards, and social distancing is maintained when possible. If you require further assistance, such as masking from staff, please do not hesitate to let us know!

If you or a household member are experiencing any symptoms of illness (fever, cough, headache, chills, etc.), please call us, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Patients will NOT be charged for a canceled appointment due to illness.

Long-Term Benefits

We avoid “quick fixes” that can lead to long-term problems. We aim to provide a healthy, beautiful smile for the life of the individual. We are interested in the welfare of the entire body. To help our patients with a lifetime of benefits, Drs. Saini has been “preaching and teaching” proper diagnosis, early treatment, recognizing limitations specific to each patient, paying attention to jaw joints, and using bonded retainers for many years – all of which focus on the patient’s best interest.

Advertising

We do not like to buy our reputation. Besides this website, we do not advertise, subscribe to 1-800-number organizations, ask patients to write online reviews if they wish to enter contests for large gifts, or make unsubstantiated claims.

Both Drs. Saini are well-recognized practitioners and involved community members. We have over 14,000 treated patients, many of whom are from families of dentists and their staff. We have had patients from over 20 states and five overseas countries. These satisfied patients are our best advertisements!
