Financial and Insurance
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, debit cards along with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We offer “NO INTEREST” monthly payment plans through our office as well.
If you have any questions about payment or financing, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, as a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claims.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child that is paid by the company on a periodic and prorated basis (not as a lump sum) over the course of treatment. If during the treatment period, your insurance benefits change, the financially responsible party must:
1. Inform the office immediately.
2. Be accountable for all adjusted/added charges.
We request a 2-week written notice for financial reports, FLEX account summary, etc.
Please remember to inform the office at least 48 hours prior to cancellation or changing of an appointment.
