Our office was established in 1970, and Dr. Raj M. Saini was the first orthodontist in Columbia. Since then, we have been on the forefront of serving Howard County residents both professionally and in community activities. We are always striving to increase the level of care to our patients. Our office stands out in many ways: keeping abreast of the latest in orthodontics, maintaining an excellent level of communication throughout treatment and providing efficient and individualized treatment. We routinely update our technical equipment, reassess treatment procedures and diligently re-train our staff. These efforts result in an accurate diagnosis, assuring long-term satisfaction to our patients in a clean, comfortable and pleasant environment. It is not unusual when our patients refer their neighbors, friends and family members to us. They do not keep us a secret!
