We do not like to buy our reputation. Therefore, other than this website and the Columbia Directory, we do not advertise, subscribe to 1-800 # organizations or make unsubstantiated claims. Both Drs. Saini are involved in the community and are well recognized. Then there are over 10,000 patients, many from families of dentists and their staff. We have had patients from over 20 states and four overseas countries. Over the years, more than 500 dentists have referred patients to our practice. Our satisfied patients are our best advertisements!
Long-term Benefits
Our philosophy is to do good for our patients. We avoid "quick fixes" that can lead to long-term problems. Our aim is to provide a healthy and beautiful smile for the life of the individual. We are interested in the welfare of the entire body. To help our patients with a lifetime of benefits, Drs. Saini have been preaching and teaching proper diagnosis, early treatment, recognizing limitations specific to each patient, paying attention to jaw joints and using bonded retainers. All of this is to the benefit of our patients.
Diagnostic Records First
At Saini Orthodontics, there are no short-cuts taken. First things first, we do not commit to treatment and cost after a cursory look in the mouth. Daily, there are reports of medical oversights, misses, near misses and ongoing corrections. No wonder, in many offices, orthodontic patient’s treatments last much longer than originally estimated. Therefore, at Saini Orthodontics, we will advise you to undergo diagnostic records (molds, X-rays, photographs, etc.) at the first visit. After both doctors separately review these records during non-patient hours, they identify the problems and find the right solutions. There are no cookbook treatments or guesswork; diagnosis is not an afterthought at our office.
On-Time Appointments
The February 2008 issue of Consumer Magazine reported the one thing patients hated most was to wait in a doctor’s office. Since 1970, we have developed a positive reputation. We are always on time. Our scheduling system, well-trained staff and controlled numbers of patients, allow us to fulfill this promise. Come on time; you will be seen on time; you’ll leave on time. There are no crowds in our waiting room.
School-Time Appointments
We all want to avoid your child missing school. But for our doctors to do the work completely and properly, it is our policy to appoint any visit over 20 minutes and certain other procedures during school hours. This assures prompt and proper attention to the needs of the patient who is the ultimate beneficiary.
Office Hours
Although our office is open five days a week, routine patient care hours are as follows:
Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (afternoons in Glenwood Office)
Wednesday: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
A 48-hour notice for cancellation is requested.
Due to an unusually high rate (40+%) of no-show appointments, we have stopped evening and Saturday hours.

We pay prompt attention to emergency visits.
